Day 20 of 31: Blendtec’s Vegetable Broth powder

I have dehydrated quite a few fruits and vegetables and made powders to mix in dishes I want added nutrition in.

This recipe from Blendtec is one I am really looking forward to sharing and will be a money saver from buying vegetable broth powder!

This powder makes a broth when added to water and can be used anytime chicken or other such broths are called for. 🙂

This vegetable bouillon powder is made with healthier ingredients than traditional broths and has only half the sodium.
