I am taking a quick break to start keeping track of my juices and smoothies.
Today, I am cleaning and getting the kitchen ready for holiday baking and making and I needed nourishment!
My fridge needs a good cleaning and organizing date and navigating through the veggie bins (especially when they are probably half way frozen and half way too ripe) isn’t high on my to do list. Well, it isn’t even on the list for today, so…
On with my supposed to be quicker than this break:
With a green smoothie, I can get fruits and vegetables done and the mess cleaned up in minutes and is good for me. Today’s is:
about 1 cup or 1 1/2 of frozen pineapple (I cut whole pineapples in square like shapes and freeze flat in freezer bags)
approximately 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 cup almond milk
2 hands full of kale
Without a name but very good!
