Ryann’s Mexican chili

I am typing quickly as I listen to this recipe – please forgive if it is hard to read. Hoping to have a picture to send tomorrow.

Sautéed onions and garlic. Added a can of Rotel tomatoes and added ground turkey. Added 1/2 to 1 cup of cilantro , chopped finely. Added 2 cups of sweet peas and added to a pot of cooked rice (about 1 1/2 to 2 cups of rice) added a can of cream of onion soup and 1 to 2 cans of water. Added about 2 cups of cooked pinto beans and added 2 canned chipotle peppers, chopped.
Stirred every five minutes or so and heated thoroughly. Serve alone or with crackers.
