Celebrating Autumn smoothie

almond milk

bananas

fresh peaches (I used some from the fridge that  I got locally  previously peeled, cut and simmered with some honey)

cinnamon

ground cloves

allspice

lots of freshly grated nutmeg

cocoa powder

white chia seeds

vanilla extract

maple syrup

egg nog

ice

I use The Flavor Bible (an almost constant companion in my kitchen!) and learned some new flavors to pair with peaches!
